You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.
Tech Apprentices cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs. The Site and Content are provided AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and AS AVAILABLE. Tech Apprentices its suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchant-ability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. (You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws that these Terms cannot change.)
You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tech Apprentices, its, affiliated companies, joint ventures, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.
If you provide any content to the Site, you grant Tech Apprentices a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content throughout the world in any media, and the right to use and display the name that you submit in connection with such content. By posting content, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied on our Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent the following information, in writing:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
- Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.; and
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
